Consignment Details

At Bless the Child we offer you the Drop and Run Program. Drop offs are accepted every day.  You prepare your items and bring them in to us - We will gladly accept items brought to us in sealed/closed boxes or totes with your name, address, and phone number.  No waiting while we sort through your items, if there are items we cannot accept, we will contact you so that you can make arrangements to pick them up at your earliest convenience.

We base our prices on supply, demand, brand, size, condition, and many other factors. We do not price our items generically by product type. As a consignor you will receive 40%-50% of the final selling price for each item (consignor account payouts are performed once per month on the 15th.) The percentage you will receive for each item depends on the size, price and consumer demand. This accrues in an account we open for you when you become a consignor with us. We'll work hard to get the best price for you. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with you!

 

Consignment Standards

Clothing and linens should be freshly laundered and ironed if applicable with no strong odors such as pet, perfumes, food or cigarette smoke, no stains, holes, tears, pilling, or signs of extreme wear or laundering. Items also should not be missing buttons, zippers, parts, or pieces necessary for assembly and operation. Please include working batteries if applicable.

Bless the Child will determine whether items need to be laundered and/or pressed additionally to comply with our standards. If this is required, you will be notified and if items have to be laundered by the shop then a cleaning fee will be charged for the cleaning service. This fee will be debited from your Bless the Child account.

We will call you if there are any items that are deemed un-saleable- to make arrangements for you to pick them up or if you would prefer Bless the Child can make arrangements to have them donated to the local women & children’s shelters. *Items that are not picked up after 10 days will become property of Bless the Child and donated to local women and children’s shelters.
